The hotel is conveniently located near shopping centers and not too far from theme parks. The rooms could use a fresh coat of paint and updating on furniture and bedding but are spacious. The service was welcoming and kind, notably from Manager Hector. The dining experience was affected by ongoing renovations. The pool area and surroundings are lovely.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and quite spacious, but the lack of curtains made waking up early due to the sun a bit annoying. The kitchen was a great size with all the amenities needed, although dealing with roaches coming out of the microwave was a big drawback.

When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the clean and recently upgraded rooms, which had decent furniture and newer vinyl flooring. However, it was disheartening to find light bulbs out, a leaking refrigerator, trash under the beds, and even old dirty thong underwear in the bathroom. Also, having only one blanket for a two-bedroom setup was less than ideal.

Arriving at the hotel, I found the rooms to be clean and up to date, although in need of some updates. The location was great, close to shopping centers and not too far from theme parks. The staff were extremely friendly, especially Hector, the manager who was very attentive to our needs. Sadly, the restaurant was under remodel, which was not clear when booking, but I was pleased with the open pool. Overall, a mixed experience with some highs and lows.
